D.D. TECH LABS · PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy, explained simply.

We aim to keep the Hub useful without collecting more personal information than is reasonably needed. This policy explains what may be processed when you browse the Hub, contact us, or follow links to our products and services.

Last updated: 2 October 2026

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the D.D. Tech Labs Hub at dd-tech-labs-hub.vercel.app and describes the Hub's handling of information. Individual products may have their own privacy policies with additional or different details.

2. Information you provide

The Hub does not require an account simply to browse the public catalogue. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, name, product details, attachments or message content, so that we can respond.

3. Technical information

Web hosting, security, performance and delivery services may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, request times and error or security logs. These records may be handled by infrastructure providers operating the Hub. They are used for legitimate operational, security and reliability purposes rather than to build a personal profile for ordinary catalogue browsing.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The public catalogue is designed to work without requiring an account or advertising profile. Hosting or security infrastructure may use necessary technical mechanisms. If a product uses analytics, advertising, authentication or other optional technologies, its own privacy notice should be checked.

5. Third-party links

The Hub links to products, repositories, app stores, websites and other services operated by third parties. Once you leave the Hub, the destination's privacy policy and terms apply. We do not control the privacy practices of external services.

6. Product-specific privacy

A product listed on the Hub may process information differently from the Hub itself. Product pages should provide their own privacy information where relevant. For example, a product may use device-local processing, an external API, advertising, payments or another service. Please read the product-specific policy before using a product when privacy is important to you.

7. Contact communications

Email communications may be retained for support, security, business, legal or record-keeping purposes for as long as reasonably necessary. Please avoid sending passwords, payment credentials, private keys or other sensitive information unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure process.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the Hub. However, no website, email service, device or internet transmission can honestly be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Children's privacy

The Hub is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us unnecessarily, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

10. Your choices and questions

If you have a privacy question, correction request or concern about information you sent to us, contact hello.ddtechlabshub@gmail.com. Where a law gives you specific rights, we will handle requests in accordance with the law that applies to the relevant processing.

11. Legal and regulatory compliance

Where applicable, personal-data processing is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements. This policy is intended to describe actual practices and is not a promise that every legal requirement is identical in every country.

12. Changes

We may update this policy when the Hub, its providers or its data practices change. The current version will be published on this page.

Simple rule: We do not ask you to send confidential information merely to browse the Hub. If you contact us, share only what is needed to handle your request.
