1. Using the Hub
You may browse the Hub and use its public features for lawful purposes. Please use the site responsibly and do not interfere with its operation, security or availability.
2. Product information
The catalogue may contain live products, websites, tools and products that are still being developed. Names, descriptions, versions, availability, links and features can change. We try to keep information useful and accurate, but a catalogue entry should not be treated as a guarantee that a product will always remain available or unchanged.
3. Product-specific terms
A listed product may have its own terms, privacy policy, disclaimer, licence or store rules. Those documents can apply in addition to these Hub terms when you use that product.
4. Intellectual property
The D.D. Tech Labs Hub, its original branding, original text, layouts and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless a page or product states otherwise, you should not copy, redistribute, sell, or present our original materials as your own without permission.
5. Third-party material
Some products may use open-source software, third-party services, trademarks, libraries or other material governed by separate licences or terms. Those rights remain with their respective owners. Where a specific licence applies, that licence controls the permitted use of the relevant material.
6. External links and services
The Hub may link to GitHub, app stores, hosting services, payment providers, websites and other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for changes, outages, content or policies on an external destination. Your use of that destination is subject to its own terms.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the Hub to commit unlawful acts, attack or disrupt systems, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, infringe another person's rights, impersonate D.D. Tech Labs, or misuse contact or product information.
8. Availability and changes
We may add, remove, update, suspend or discontinue pages, products or features. Maintenance, security events, provider outages and other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.
9. No professional advice
Unless a product expressly states otherwise and is appropriately qualified for that purpose, information on the Hub is general information and is not legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, cybersecurity or other professional advice.
10. No warranty beyond applicable law
The Hub and its catalogue are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise that every page will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or suitable for every particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, D.D. Tech Labs will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Hub, reliance on catalogue information, external services, unavailable products or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use a product and for keeping appropriate backups of important files or data. Before using software for an important workflow, verify that the product meets your requirements.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, if your unlawful use of the Hub or your violation of another person's rights causes a claim against D.D. Tech Labs, you may be responsible for losses that are legally attributable to that violation. This does not remove any protection you have under applicable law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable Indian law, subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal rights that apply to you. We encourage users to contact us first so ordinary issues can be resolved directly and reasonably.

16. Changes
