Privacy by design

Ritav.ai Privacy Policy

Ritav.ai is designed to minimize unnecessary collection, reduce sensitive-data exposure and keep users in control of protected capabilities.

Effective date: October 4, 2026

Scope: This policy applies to Ritav.ai releases and related product information operated or distributed through D.D. Tech Labs. Third-party services selected or connected by a user can have separate privacy policies and terms.

1. Data minimization

Ritav.ai is designed not to collect personal information merely because collection is technically possible. The architecture favors local processing and local storage where practical, bounded records, explicit capability access and limited transmission.

2. Current Android privacy boundary

The current Android release path documented in the Ritav.ai repository does not grant the app the INTERNET permission. Network availability can be inspected locally, but this does not give the app unrestricted network access.

This reflects the current implementation state. Future model providers, connectors or online features would be separately documented when actually integrated.

3. Information the product may process

Depending on the release and enabled capability, Ritav.ai may process device/platform capability facts, authentication/session state, permission configuration, trusted-application information, security state and bounded local audit records required for the requested operation. Future product features may introduce additional data categories and would be governed by their applicable release behavior.

4. Sensitive information

The current security architecture includes a dedicated defense for high-risk secrets such as passwords, authentication codes, payment secrets, recovery codes, private keys and API/access secrets. Users should still avoid putting secrets into prompts, screenshots, support emails or public documentation.

5. Local storage and audit

Supported implementation paths use protected local storage and bounded local audit infrastructure. Local records can still contain information that is sensitive in context, so users should secure the device and any account used to access it.

6. Third-party services

Ritav.ai does not claim that every future feature is offline. When a release or user-selected integration sends information to an external model, API, website, connector or other provider, that provider's own terms and privacy practices may apply.

7. Support communications

If you contact support, the information you voluntarily provide may be processed to understand and respond to the request. Send only the minimum necessary information and never send passwords, private keys, recovery codes or active authentication tokens.

8. No sale of personal information

D.D. Tech Labs does not intend to sell users' personal information as a commercial data product. A third-party service may have separate practices that are governed by its own terms.

9. Retention

Retention depends on the specific release, platform, local settings and external service involved. Local data may remain until deleted by the user or removed by the applicable product mechanism. Support records may be retained as reasonably necessary for support, legal, security or abuse-prevention purposes.

10. Security

Ritav.ai uses a layered security architecture, but no software can guarantee perfect security. Public security documentation intentionally omits credentials, keys, private endpoints and exploit-sensitive implementation details.

11. Children's privacy

Ritav.ai is not designed to encourage children to provide personal information. Where a distribution channel or applicable law imposes age restrictions, those requirements apply.

12. Changes

This policy may be updated as the product evolves. The published effective date identifies the version currently provided by D.D. Tech Labs.
