Ritav.ai Terms of Use
These terms describe the conditions for using authorized Ritav.ai releases and related product information.
1. Pre-release status
Ritav.ai is a pre-release product. Features, supported platforms, models, integrations, limits, interfaces and availability can change without creating an obligation to provide a particular feature.
2. Authorized use
You may use an authorized release for lawful purposes and only within the capabilities and permissions provided by that release. You must follow applicable law, third-party terms, platform rules and distribution-channel requirements.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for the agents, instructions, permissions, files, prompts, connectors and actions you configure or initiate. Review permissions carefully and do not give an agent authority that you do not intend it to have.
4. AI output
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable. Important outputs and consequential actions require appropriate human review. Ritav.ai is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, security or safety advice.
5. External services
Connected models, applications, websites, APIs and other providers may impose additional terms, fees, limits and privacy practices. You are responsible for complying with those requirements.
6. Prohibited use
- Unauthorized access or attempted compromise of systems, accounts or data.
- Malware, credential theft, fraud or unlawful surveillance.
- Deliberate circumvention of safety, permission or security controls.
- Use that infringes privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other legal rights.
- Abusive activity that materially harms the product, connected services or other users.
7. Intellectual property
Ritav.ai and its original software, branding, documentation, designs and product materials remain owned by their respective rights holders unless a separate written license states otherwise. See the License page for the public-facing IP notice.
8. Availability
Pre-release software can contain defects, limitations and unavailable features. No uninterrupted availability, compatibility or particular performance level is promised.
9. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ritav.ai is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee that every output, action, integration or security control will be error-free. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Suspension
Access may be limited or terminated where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, service protection or violation of these terms.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated as Ritav.ai evolves. The published effective date will identify the current version.
